One of my all time favorite foods is pizza. I could eat it every day. Seriously. One week, I think Stephen and I had pizza four times. It was amazing.
But when it looks like this:
And when it's made at home? Why not eat it every day?
Starts with an amazing home made dough:
Some rockin ingredients (this pizza was made to be like the one we ate twice on our honeymoon)
And don't forget your basil! I love finally having a basil plant. Love.

3 cups of flour
1-1/3 cups of warm water
1 pkg quick rising yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Proof the yeast with warm water, add to dry ingredients, mix until all combined and a smooth ball of dough. Place in a large bowl (pre-greased) place the dough ball. Make sure to cover the dough on all sides with with the oil so it doesn't form a skin). Let dough rise for 45 minutes in a warm place, punch down and then let it rise again for 45 minutes)
Dough makes enough for 4 medium pizzas. Roll out, and top with your favorite toppings! Bake at 450.
